Rules and Regulations

- VISITORS:
- All guests must register at the office. Your visitors are welcome. They must register with the office to use the facilities ( i.e. pool and sandbar) and there will be an extra charge. Your visitors must leave the campgrounds by 11:00 PM.

- RATES:
- Rates are based on Two (2) adults and Two (2) children under 6 years of age, One (1) camping unit, One (1) vehicle unless otherwise permitted by management. Please do not park your car on any site but your own. Vehicles must display a pass at all times. Please see office for additional charge for additional people and/or vehicles.

- CHECK OUT:
- Check out time is 12:00 noon - To stay any additional period, you must register in the office by 10:00 am or the site will be considered vacant.

- RENT:
- Rent is due and payable in advance. No exceptions.

- QUIET HOURS:
- We ask for the support of all campers in respecting the rights of other campers, Music should be kept to a level for your own enjoyment . No loud parties. QUITE HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM 7 days a week. All sounds & music must be extremely low. Rowdiness, drunkenness and the use of illegal drugs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All city ordinances regarding drunkenness, fireworks and firearms apply to all guests of the campground.

- SPEED LIMIT:
- Speed limit in the park is 10 mph. Pedestrians have the right away.

- GARBAGE:
- Please place your garbage and trash in a TIED PLASTIC BAG and put the bag, each day, on the edge of the access road for collection by park personnel BY 8:30 A.M. IF YOU MISS PICKUP, TAKE THE BAG TO THE DUMPSTER AND DON'T LEAVE OUT OVERNIGHT. PLEASE DO NO ACCUMULATE GARBAGE AT YOUR SITE. Do not pour grease, oil, gas or chemicals down drains or toilets.

- OFFICE HOURS
- Mon - Thurs 8:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Fri - Sat 8:00 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sun 8:00 a.m. - 7 p.m.

- MESSAGES:
- Phone messages will be put in your mailbox in the office. Emergency messages will be brought to your site immediately.

- PETS:
- We welcome your quiet, controlled, and leashed (at all times) pets. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to become a "pet pooper picker upper". Do not leave your pet unattended. NO pets are allowed in the bathhouse, clubhouse, pool area, and/or office areas. Management reserves the right to limit the quantity, size and breed of pets, as it feels necessary to assure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. No pets of any type are permitted in rental campers and/or rental cabins.

- POOL:
- No food, no glass. Registered guests only. No solo swimmers. AFTER HOURS SWIMMING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM CAMPGROUND WITHOUT REFUND. Please observe swimming pool rules posted at the pool for the complete list of pool rules. There are no lifeguards on duty.

- WASHING:
- NO CAR, TRUCK WASHING. Trailer washing is permitted with office approval and a fee, payable in advance, must be paid.

- RENT:
- No trailer may be subleased or rented out. Occupancy by non-registered guests without tenant's presence is prohibited. Lot rent is non transferable.

- CLEAN SITES:
- Please leave your site the way you found it. While you are here, PLEASE keep your site clean, don't throw cigarettes on ground. No storage permitted outside or under your unit. Appliances are not allowed outside your units, NO EXCEPTIONS. No alterations, additions, painting or improvements will be permitted without written authorization of management. ALL CHANGES ON SITES WILL REMAIN PROPERTY OF BLUFF CREEK CAMPGROUND (CEMENT, TREES, PLANTS, SPRINKLERS, ETC.)

- BATHHOUSE:
- Do not wash dishes, pots or pans in the bathrooms and do not take hot water. Please clean up after your use. No food, drink, or smoking is allowed. No pet washing is allowed.

- LAUNDROMAT:
- A Laundromat is provided for your convenience. No clotheslines or hanging laundry outside of trailer. Bathing suits are permitted. This is for safety purposes.

- CHILDREN:
- Children must be kept under the close supervision of their parents at all times. Parents are responsible for the safety and whereabouts of their children and are liable for their actions. You must accompany children at all times in the recreation and swimming pool areas.

- CAMPFIRES:
- Open campfires are allowed only in designated fire sites. Fires in other sites must be in an OFF THE GROUND CONTAINER and approved by manager.

- BICYCLES:
- No fast or reckless riding. No riding around the bathhouse area or after dusk. No wheel skidding.

- DAMAGE:
- Anyone found damaging or destroying park property, jamming vending machines or causing trouble will be turned over to the Sheriffs's Department for prosecution.

- OFFICE ANIMALS:
- The animals may bite, scratch, or grab articles from you. If you pet or touch, do so with caution and in a calm manner. The campground owners are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the animals.
The Campground Owners are not responsible for articles lost, stolen or damaged or for any personal injury or damage from any cause. Guest use all facilities at Bluff Creek Campground at their own risk.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REGISTRATION TO ANY RV THAT IT FEELS DOES NOT MEET THE CONFORMANCE STANDARD OF THE CAMPGROUND. THE MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE FROM THE CAMPGROUND FOR DETRIMENTAL CONDUCT OR FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
