 - From Lousiana:
- Take exit 57.
Proceed north on Hwy 57 for 6.9 miles. Take a right on Poticaw Bayou Road. The entrance for Bluff Creek Campground is on the right approx 3/4th mile.
- From N Mississippi:
- Take Hwy 49 to East I-10. Then see Lousiana directions.

- From NE Mississippi:
- Take Hwy 63 until you come to Wade. Take Hwy 614 West (Wade-Vancleave Rd) at the traffic light. Proceed approximately 7 miles until you get to the stop sign. Take a left on River Rd until it dead ends into Poticaw
Bayou Rd. Take a left and proceed 1/8th mile. The entrance for Bluff Creek Campground is on the right.

- Take exit 61.
Proceed north on Gautier-Vancleave Rd until it dead ends into Hwy 57. Take a right on Hwy 57 and proceed for 4 miles. Take a right on Poticaw Bayou Road. The entrance for Bluff Creek Campground is on the right approx 3/4th mile.
